a lovely stay by the sea

spacious area comfortable bed neat arrangement

the room was very big. a spacious area met me, and the bed felt really comfortable. breakfast was superb with many choices. everything seemed very clean and neat to me.

i think the decor could use a little refreshing, but it didn't spoil my time.

solid value near the beach

my room included two big single beds. one side of the windows faced the beach. i chose to not have housekeepers and i received six free drinks. i did not use them as i was eating out daily and need halal food.

they definitely has a moth problem. when i entered my room there was dead moths everywhere. the cleaner came back and sorted it, but i was constantly finding moths flying around everywhere in the room, also when i went for breakfast there was moths on the bowls

the staff were lovely and helpful. one gentleman at the check in was so cute and lovely. he showed me to the sister hotel, and this was so nice. generally all the staff gave a lovely welcome.

super coastal getaway!

great location comfortable bedrooms nice views

the location is perfect for beach access. i found lots of parking available, though it did require payment. my room included two comfortable bedrooms, a great setup for traveling with children. plus, the views from the windows were really nice!

the shower pressure was a little weak.

expensive parking fee unreliable wi-fi

The £20 parking fee felt excessive. I ended up finding cheaper street parking, which shouldn't be necessary for hotel guests. The Wi-Fi signal didn't reach my room. I had to go to the lobby to get a connection. It was inconvenient, especially as I needed to work ! Reception told me the swimming pool was under maintenance, but the pool looked unused for months.

the breakfast had gluten options available, i saw it.

the spa was a let down for me. the pool was small and half of the hot tub jets did not work. the sauna was out of order, and there were only two chairs available, this is substandard.

The location was great and close to the beach. There was a bus service nearby. the room included a comfy bed and soft bed lining. breakfast had a good selection on the buffet.

the hotel needs updating. i found peeling paint and missing tiles. the external decor offered a warning of what was inside.
